II. Your personal data

We use your personal data exclusively for the execution of our contractual services. In no circumstances will we share your personal data for advertising or marketing purposes or to third parties for information outside of these otherwise then to fulfill our contractual obligations to third parties.

Our employees are bound to confidentiality about personal data. The transfer of such data to third parties happens only if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. Must we then pass on information to others, we do so only on condition that they undertake to us by contract to comply with the protection of your data.

When we pay in advance, for example with a purchase on account, we have to protect our legitimate interests and ask for a credit report on the basis of mathematical statistical methods at BMK. For this, we provide the necessary personal information to a credit check to BMK and use the information obtained about the statistical probability of default for a considered decision on the establishment, implementation or conclusion of a contract. The credit report may contain probability values (score values), which are calculated based on scientifically recognized mathematical and statistical methods and can incorporate, among others, address data into their calculation. Your concerns will be considered in accordance with the statutory provisions.

III. Cookies

IV. Log Files

We don’t use the data stored in the server to log individual users. A link is exclusively for the storage of the IP address in case of suspected abuse to fight such abuse.

All of our data residing on our servers are, by multiple security systems against access by unauthorized secured. Our staff and system service providers verify the effectiveness of this protection on a regular basis.
